Jewelry Design

I really like the idea of this site. The categories and layout is simple, so it's easy to browse. My one concern is the red. While I understand red simulates the need for impulse buyers to buy, too much red also increases people's heart rate and can over-power the senses too much and people will leave the site. Also in this case, I think this much red also over powers the jewelry pieces, which is the main point of the site!

You could probably alleviate the issue by adding more of the gold and white found around the site--they both work well with the red! I would suggest a more neutral color (light grey or white) for the background, though.
